Each year the BMW Car Club of America throws a party—a world famous party known as Oktoberfest and sometimes simply O’fest. This movable celebration of everything BMW occurs at exciting locations throughout the country and is the ultimate motorsport family reunion. This year we are fortunate enough to have our family reunion presented by Michelin once again!

O’fest 2017 will be the next chapter in our storied history of celebrating everything BMW. We are traveling down to the Big Easy and you do not want to miss this opportunity to join us on famed Bourbon Street! The host hotel for O’fest will be the Hyatt New Orleans and the track is, NOLA Motorsports.

July 14–16, 2017: Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix, or PVGP as it is often known, is a unique historic racing festival held on the city streets in and around Schenley Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. PVGP has been hosted in the Steel City since 1984, and has grown from a one-day private race to an event exciting to any enthusiast and benefitting both the Autism Society of America and the Allegheny Valley School. What was once a racing event is now a 2,000-vehicle international car show with food and vendors across the Bob O’Conner Golf Course where spectators (usually numbering close to 200,000) overlook the races (now featuring a total of over 180 historic race cars) held on the city streets below.

The BMW CCA’s portion of PVGP has grown, too; the event is no longer a two—day car corral, but a complete four—day program that offers something for every BMW enthusiast and includes driving tours, dinners, and charity hot—lap rides thanks to the BMW Performance Center.

Check out the PVGP website for more details: pvgp.org/calendar.
